- Delivery Time: 6–8 working days after dispatch. Stitching orders takes 10–12 working days.
- Shipping Charges: Free shipping available on all orders across India.

- Cancellation: Order once done cannot be cancelled.
- Policy: No Exchange, No Return, No Refund.
- Replacements: Replacement will be applicable only if damaged or defective products are received.
- Authentication: An unboxing video of the product is mandatory for any replacement claims.
